Cold Indian Masala Chai Recipe 
Thandi Masala Chai:-
- 2 tablespoons Golden Tips masala chai
- 80 ml water (hot but not boiling)
- 300 ml chilled milk
- few pinches of cardamom powder
- few pinches of nutmeg powder
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 5 cubes of ice
First, add the Golden Tips masala chai blend to the hot water, Let it cool for 15 minutes or so. Then strain this and you have your base flavour for the Thandi chai ready.
Add this strained masala chai water to a blender along with all other ingredients. Blend for two minutes.
This is very easy to make chilled chai. The flavour is mild, unlike the usual hot masala chai which is strong.
For those who would like a stronger flavour should add more Golden Tips masala chai to the hot water.
Adding additional cardamom and nutmeg powder gives it a nice wholesome flavour.
One may replace sugar with honey for a smoother taste.
