How to Prepare a Perfect Cup

Place 2 g of whole leaf tea into your teapot or cup infuser.
Add 200 ml of freshly boiled water cooled to 80–90°C.
Steep for 2–3 minutes, adjusting time to your desired strength.
Strain the tea liquor into your favourite cup.
Sweeten lightly if desired, or pour over ice cubes for a revitalising cold brew, and savour!
