Return, Refund & Replacement Policy
At Golden Tips Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd., customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in packing and dispatching our products. However, if you receive a wrong, damaged or defective product, please review the following policy.
Return & Replacement
If you have received a wrong, damaged, defective or expired product, please send an email to info@goldentipstea.in within 7 days of receiving the product, along with clear photographs showing the issue.
In order to claim a return, replacement or refund, the customer is required to provide:

Detailed description of the issue

Clear photographs of the affected item(s)

Photographs of the outer shipping carton and packaging (where applicable)

Any other information or supporting evidence requested by our customer support team
Golden Tips Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to request additional photographs, videos, documentation or any other supporting evidence required for investigation and verification of the claim.
The customer shall preserve the products, original packaging, shipping carton, labels and all related materials in the condition received until the claim has been reviewed and resolved. Products, packaging or evidence should not be discarded, altered, cleaned, repacked or otherwise modified before completion of the verification process.
All return, replacement or refund requests are subject to verification and approval by Golden Tips Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd. Refunds, replacements or compensation shall only be processed after completion of the verification process.
Golden Tips Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to inspect, collect, retrieve or independently verify any product that is subject to a claim relating to damage, contamination, tampering, shortage, transit damage or quality concerns.
Claims relating to contamination, pest activity, hygiene concerns or product tampering must be supported by clear photographic and/or video evidence. The Company reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving any refund, replacement or compensation.
Where only specific products are found to be affected, damaged or defective, any refund, replacement or compensation shall be limited to such verified affected products only and shall not automatically apply to the entire order.
If, after verification, the complaint is found to be genuine, we may offer a replacement, refund or store credit at our sole discretion.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your refund request has been received and reviewed, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within a reasonable period of time, subject to banking and payment gateway processing timelines.
Shipping charges, handling charges and other service charges, if any, may not be refundable unless otherwise determined by the Company.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund yet:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be eligible for refund or replacement. Sale items, discounted products, promotional offers and clearance products may not be eligible for refund unless found to be defective or incorrectly supplied.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, expired or incorrectly supplied:

Shipping
Customers shall be responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed by Golden Tips Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd.
Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by the Company.
Depending on your location, the time required for an exchanged or replacement product to reach you may vary.
Important Note
Claims that are unsupported by reasonable evidence, contain materially inconsistent information, or are incapable of independent verification may be rejected.
Golden Tips Tea Co. Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to approve, reject or partially approve any claim based on the outcome of its investigation and verification process.
