How to Prepare a Perfect Cup

Place 2 g of white tea leaves into a glass or porcelain teapot.
Pour in 200 ml of water cooled down to 76–85°C.
Steep for 5–8 minutes, allowing the long silver needles to unfurl and release their delicate flavours.
Strain the golden liquor into your cup.
Add a light sweetener if desired, or pour over ice cubes for a revitalising iced tea, and savour!
